Leadership
Phil Larmon, Founder & CCO
A commercial executive and operator who helps founders, ventures, and investors unlock their next stage of growth through strategic advisory, operational consulting, and resource alignment.

Overview
Phil Larmon is the Founder and CCO of Trinity Strategic Group. Before the boardroom, he was a D-I football captain at Youngstown State University and played professionally for two years. He has since spent more than two decades building enterprise revenue, strategic partnerships, and founder-led ventures across technology, media, sports, and capital markets.
He has worked inside Fortune 500 enterprises and venture-backed companies, founded and operated multiple companies, and turned down venture funding and a public-company acquisition offer to preserve independence and long-term optionality. His greatest asset is trust and loyalty earned over decades, people answer his calls because they know he cares, keeps his word, and follows through.
At the center of his work is the Startup Growth Command Center, a proprietary system that maps 20 years of founder, investor, banker, and operator relationships by client outcome. It is the engine behind Trinity's warm, qualified introductions and the reason capital, partnership, and revenue conversations move faster.
